JOB OBJECTIVES:
The function is executing the quality assurance and quality control activities of the QA/QC team for investment project and maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strongly represent and push the owners requirements on quality
Explain specification details to suppliers & contractors prior start of fabrication and/or installation
Review drawings and specification for design details
Verify welding specification and document, for example WPS and PQR, from supplier on pressure vessels and piping.
Organize owners inspection based on the Inspection & Test Plan
Inspect fabrication of equipment and installation of piping, ensure that quality is within owners specifications and writing reports
Take decision for improvement in case of deviations from specification/etc
Coordinate with responsible authorities for pressure vessel and piping in service inspection
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor and above degree
More than 5 years work experiences in welding of pressure vessel and piping inspection
Strong communication and interpersonal understanding skills
Skilled in relevant software and tools.
Proficient spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin) skills
